we finally decided to trim the ends since it's been looking scraggly. she was so excited to be at great clips and was running around, checking it out. but when she was called and she had to sit in the chair, all hell broke loose. she cried for about 75% of the time and finally calmed down towards the end. she actually cried more during the haircut than during her flu shot earlier in the day. afterwards she was walking around like queen of great clips, telling people "that wasn't so bad."
